Great discount off our settlement fee
Current RAC members receive a discount on our professional settlement fee for any residential or vacant land transaction. Simply mention your membership when you request a quote and present your current RAC card at settlement.
Seniors Card concession
Holders of a valid Western Australian Seniors Card receive a concession on our settlement fee for every transaction — whether buying, selling, refinancing or transferring. There is no age limit on the concession, only the requirement to hold a current Seniors Card at the time of settlement.
